Meet the owner Mickey!
Im the owner of charmed contracting, Mickey. I have been in the construction industry since I was in highschool. My grandfather started a contracting company when he was 19, and my family has been in the industry ever since. My favorite thing about construction is bringing the beauty back into something old. I try to leave every space I touch with a bit of charm.

Below are images from a total gut renovation designed and constructed by Charmed Contracting. We relocated just about everything. Starting with vaulting the ceilings to gain and extra 4 feet of ceiling height, knocking down an old wall to open up the entire space. The kitchen was then moved to what use to be an old sun room.
Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
Kitchen
We took what use to be an unused sunroom, and transformed it into this beautiful kitchen. The goal was to create a cozy and charming vibe, while also having a modern touch.
